Smitten Kitchen Any-Kind-of-Fruit Galette

There sure are a lot of cake people here! We had 8 different kinds of pie at our wedding 13 years ago. But galettes are the unfussy/impossible to screw up version of pie. I might make a nectarine and blackberry one tonight!
